COMPLETE SCALE TESTING SYSTEMS VANS WITH TELESCOPING TELEBOOM CRANES

Dunbar 21,000 lb Class Van scale testing system answers the need for a completely enclosed and protected system with full access unloading capabilities. Typical complete system equipment includes Tote Master 1000 or 3000, or Weight Master 20 weight cart; 18-1000 lb test weights; 20-50 lb test weight; section test unit; and Teleboom and power operating equipment. These components may be varied to suit requirements. The close-to-ceiling mounted Teleboom leaves the entire van deck available for cargo space. The Teleboom loader is designed to raise a 4000 lb payload at the van deck front, transport it full travel to 60 inches out the rear of the van, and lower it to ground level. Teleboom controls feature a four-function, hand held remote controller up to 25 ft cable. The heavy duty chain winch assembly permits easy handling of the system weight cart or up to four-1000 lb test weights. Standard power to the Teleboom hydraulic extension and winch functions is provided by a PTO and constant flow gear-type pump. A 10-HP Hatz diesel or Kohler gasoline engine with integral pump power is available as an optional equipment system.
