TRAILERS WITH TELESCOPING MULTI-MOTION CRANES FOR THE COMPLETE MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTION

Dunbar Material Handling System answers the need for a completely enclosed and protected system with full access unloading capabilities. Ease of use and simplicity in design permit the operator to open the door and start loading or unloading cargo. No cumbersome crane extension mount arms need to be extended prior to use. Typical system equipment includes custom fabricated lifting solution. The close-to-ceiling mounted Teleboom leaves the entire deck available for cargo space. The Teleboom Multi-Motion loader is designed to raise a 6000 lb payload at the van deck front, transport it full travel to 60 inches out the rear of the van, and lower it to ground level. The Teleboom Multi-Motion controls feature a five-function, hand held remote controller with up to 25 ft cable. The heavy duty cable winch assembly permits easy handling of the cargo left and right on the deck surface. Standard power to the Teleboom hydraulic extension and winch functions are provided by a PTO and constant flow gear-type pump. A 10-HP diesel or gasoline engine with integral pump power is available as an optional equipment system.
