Dunbar 40,000 Class Flatbed Trailer scale testing systems will accommodate the transport requirements of the heaviest scale testing equipment and test weight cargos. The 40,000 flatbed trailer system equipment typically includes a 94,000 ft-lb class, articulating, continuous rotation crane; Weight Master 40 test weight cart; weight pens; a 32,000 lb test weight set; utility storage boxes and racks. The crane unit can be stationary mounted or installed as a rolling base crane system. Crane power is provided by a 27-HP gasoline engine; load handling attachments include a 360° continuous rotator with five hook spreader bar.

Dunbar’s 40,000 Class Canopy Flatbed Trailer scale testing system features a three section, telescoping, steel canopy which provides full bed protection and retracts, fore or aft, for easy cargo access.
